Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean view relaxation from every unit. Located next to Royal Kona Resort, the united is very conveniently located to excellent dining. Huggo’s and Don the Beachcomber’s, landmark Kona restaurants, are right next door. Many other dining and entertainment options are all within easy walking distance. Honl’s Beach is just south of the complex and the Kona Farmer’s Market just a half mile to the north. The complex offers many great amenities, including an elevator for easy access for everyone. On the ocean side you will find a heated salt water swimming pool and a barbeque area at the south end of the complex. Laundry machines are available on each floor.
