Full Service Property Management
Kona Beach Properties is a vacation rental property management company located on the Kona Coast of Hawaii. We manage condominiums, townhouses and single-family homes along the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii from North Kona to Keauhou. We handle marketing of your rental, reservations, guest management and maintenance. We inspect the property between every reservation to check for damages, wear and tear, and maintenance issues.
Kona Beach Properties also does real estate sales transactions. For our clients who are looking to expand their portfolio or ready to sell and do something else, we are happy to assist.
