Kona Beach Properties is a locally owned and operated company based in Kailua-Kona on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. We are a full-service residential property management and real estate brokerage company, specializing in vacation rental management along the west side of the island from North Kona to Keauhou, including many oceanfront properties.
Our team lives and works in the Kona area and has been part of this community for many years. Our in-depth knowledge of the Kailua-Kona rental and real estate market allows us to guide and support investment property owners while delivering superior service to our guests. We pride ourselves on hands-on management and personalized service. When guests call to make a reservation in Kona, they speak with an agent right here in Kona. When owners need assistance, we are physically nearby to address maintenance concerns, inspect properties, or provide updates.
Living and working on the Kona Coast gives us real-time awareness of local conditions, whether it is weather, surf, or other island factors that may impact guests or properties. That local presence makes a difference.
PRINCIPAL BROKER
Aloha, and welcome. My name is Tracy Leverone, Owner and Principal Broker of Kona Beach Properties.
With more than 15 years of experience in Hawaiʻi’s real estate industry, I specialize in residential and vacation rental property management. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for providing attentive, knowledgeable service while helping property owners maximize the value and performance of their investments.
Kona Beach Properties is a locally owned and operated company rooted in the West Hawaiʻi community. Having called the Kona Coast home for more than 30 years, I bring not only professional expertise but also a deep understanding of our local market, culture, and unique island dynamics. Success in Hawaiʻi often depends on local knowledge, strong relationships, and the ability to navigate challenges efficiently—and those are strengths I am proud to offer my clients.
Our office is conveniently located near the properties we manage, allowing us to provide responsive, hands-on service. Whether assisting guests with local recommendations, directions, and current conditions, or helping owners with property inspections, inventory checks, measurements, or maintenance coordination, our proximity enables us to deliver a level of service that remote management companies simply cannot match.
Community involvement and professional leadership are important parts of who I am. I believe that staying informed and engaged is essential in Hawaiʻi’s constantly evolving real estate environment. Since 2020, I have served on the Hawaiʻi Association of REALTORS® (HAR) Government Affairs Committee, helping monitor and shape legislation affecting real estate, property management, housing, and the vacation rental industry. During the 2024–2026 legislative term, I have the privilege of serving as Vice Chair of the Government Affairs Committee and Chair of the Housing Subcommittee.
I am also an active member of the West Hawaiʻi Association of REALTORS® (WHAR), an organization representing more than 900 real estate professionals across our island. Being selected by my peers as the 2025 WHAR Property Manager of the Year was a tremendous honor and one of the highlights of my professional career.
In addition, I have been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) for nearly 20 years and served as President of the local chapter for three years. These leadership roles have provided valuable opportunities to collaborate with industry professionals, share best practices, and continually improve the services I provide to clients.
I am also proud to be a graduate of the Hawaiʻi Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy (HARLA). With only a small number of professionals selected each year, being accepted into and graduating with the Class of 2023 was both an honor and a rewarding professional achievement.
Hawaiʻi is truly a special place, and I consider it a privilege to live, work, and serve this community. My goal is to provide exceptional service, local expertise, and trusted guidance to every property owner, guest, and client I have the opportunity to work with.
