Very comfortable, clean, roomy for the 2 of us. Air conditioner and having beach accessories available (short-legged chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel gear, noodles) was very nice. Convenient location made it easy to access beaches, shops, groceries, interesting sites, etc. Enjoyed the pool and using grills in pool area. Other tenants friendly and helpful, and cat that hung out at pool was pleasant. Road noise a bit much at times but this was a good place to spend time in Kona.

The unit was fine, overall, though the street noise is quite remarkable if you’re used to a quieter location. Hard to control that, of course! I would have preferred a door on the bathroom, too. A privacy thing, you know!

A perfect spot for ease of access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The complex, including pool, is really clean and tidy. This condo is bigger than the photos suggest (which is unusual!) and well stocked. It was beautifully presented and extremely clean and tidy. Thanks to the team for allowing us an early check in.

Comfortable, convenient, and spacious

Very conveniently located as it is close to the entrance of Cona Coast Resort and very close to Keauhou Shopping Center. The rooms were clean and living room was very spacious and there were some welcome packs - 2 sets of shampoo, conditioner, body soap as well as soap, and a coffee pack, a pack of small dish soap, dish washer machine soap tablet, and a laundry soap tablet. I stayed alone so these welcome packs were enough for 7 days.There were mint tea packs and in the fridge there were salad dressing etc. I did not use my dressing I bought so I left it in the fridge, too. Although there was no aircon but it gets cooler at night and OK during the daytime, too in November. At first I was not sure about how to turn on the lights above mirror in the restroom as well as a chandelier in the living but found out I need to just push the round thing on the wall. One time a screen door was locked accidentaly but I was able to call for help. One night there was a party in the neighborhood probably in the weekend and was a bit noisy but otherwise it was quiet. I quite like it there and hope to come back again! Thank you very much.

The Condo had a very Hawaiian theme! The bed was great! The place was massive and the Lanai as well. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly want including lots of spices and condiments. Tracy was great to deal with and very helpful. it was a short walk to the Pools. There was a restaurant/bar by the big pool that had music every night. Really great place!!!
