Very comfortable, clean, roomy for the 2 of us. Air conditioner and having beach accessories available (short-legged chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel gear, noodles) was very nice. Convenient location made it easy to access beaches, shops, groceries, interesting sites, etc. Enjoyed the pool and using grills in pool area. Other tenants friendly and helpful, and cat that hung out at pool was pleasant. Road noise a bit much at times but this was a good place to spend time in Kona.

The unit was fine, overall, though the street noise is quite remarkable if you’re used to a quieter location. Hard to control that, of course! I would have preferred a door on the bathroom, too. A privacy thing, you know!

A perfect spot for ease of access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The complex, including pool, is really clean and tidy. This condo is bigger than the photos suggest (which is unusual!) and well stocked. It was beautifully presented and extremely clean and tidy. Thanks to the team for allowing us an early check in.

Big thank you to the real estate for preparing apartment early before check in time. One thing you should know… the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. If you have a health problem or baby with stroller or something else, better to find a different complex. I think it should be noted in description. Otherwise.. it was okey :)
