Kona Beach Properties is a locally owned and operated company based in Kailua-Kona on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. We are a full-service residential property management and real estate brokerage company, specializing in vacation rental management along the west side of the island from North Kona to Keauhou, including many oceanfront properties.
Our team lives and works in the Kona area and has been part of this community for many years. Our in-depth knowledge of the Kailua-Kona rental and real estate market allows us to guide and support investment property owners while delivering superior service to our guests. We pride ourselves on hands-on management and personalized service. When guests call to make a reservation in Kona, they speak with an agent right here in Kona. When owners need assistance, we are physically nearby to address maintenance concerns, inspect properties, or provide updates.
Living and working on the Kona Coast gives us real-time awareness of local conditions, whether it is weather, surf, or other island factors that may impact guests or properties. That local presence makes a difference.
PRINCIPAL BROKER
Aloha, my name is Tracy Leverone, owner and broker of Kona Beach Properties. I have worked in the Kailua-Kona real estate industry for approximately 15 years, with extensive experience in both long-term and short-term property management.
As a small business owner who has lived in the Kona area for more than 30 years, I know this market. I understand the unique opportunities and challenges that come with owning property on an outer island. Strong local relationships, reliable vendor connections, and practical knowledge of how to operate efficiently in our unique market are essential.
Our office is located a short distance from the properties we manage. When an incoming guest calls, we can provide current local insight, directions, dining recommendations, or entertainment suggestions. When an owner has a question about their property, we can visit the home directly to take photos, check inventory, or assess a situation in person.
I am actively involved in the community and remain engaged in legislative matters that affect property management and the vacation rental industry in Hawaii. I volunteer with the West Hawaii Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee and am involved at the state level with the Hawaii Association of Realtors. For the 2024 legislative session, I serve as Vice Chair for the Government Affairs Committee and Chair of the Housing Subcommittee. My goal is to keep our owners informed about changing laws and to contribute responsibly to discussions affecting the industry.
I am also a member of the National Association of Property Managers and previously served as the local chapter president for three years. In addition, I am proud to be a graduate of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
